Filmmaker Allison Louie-Garcia made the following short film by interviewing a series of nine-year-olds in 2009, to explore what they think.
Remember, these kids grew up in a world where iPods, computers, the Internet, digital music, YouTube and foreign wars were ubiquitous.
For them, our future is their normal.
They don't remember a time without these technologies. They don't remember 9/11, they read about it in a history book. They can't identify the sound of a dial-up modem, Napster or a Britney Spears song. The biggest news story in their lives? The death of Michael Jackson.
One thing however hasn't changed: they're still scared of Bloody-Mary.
