In this video segment from The Today Show, Al Roker talks to parenting expert Michele Borba about understanding your teens ever changing moods. According to Ms. Borba, a recent survey found that 53% of teens/tweens felt that texting was the best way to increase communication with their parents.
According to a new study by the Pew Internet & American Life Project, titled "Generations Online in 2009, the number of Internet users ages 12 to 17 who claim to use e-mail has dropped from 89% in 2004 to 73% in 2009.
In contrast, 91% of all online adults send and receive e-mail, making e-mail the most popular online activity for Internet users age 18 and over.
